Helen Tubby

Nursery Manager

I bring six years of experience in early years education and have enjoyed every minute of it! In 2005 I achieved a grade A for my diploma in pre-school practice, which I quickly put to good use in my role as leader with a local group. Prior to having my family I enjoyed a long and successful career in retail management with Next & Habitat. I had long dreamt of owning my own nursery and feel passionate about providing the highest quality of care and education for our children. I would like to thank my amazing Grandparents for turning my dream of Applepips into reality.

Families

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the boys for the first week at Applepips. I can't believe the change in my son's attitude towards nursery school since he's started with you. He talks proudly about 'Applepips' all the time, gets in the car way ahead of time and tonight said he wished he could come tomorrow! As I said to Jo, I just wish you'd been around a year ago.

I am really impressed with your professionalism and the huge range of activities the boys have already enjoyed. Also the reinforcement and varied ways to learn letters is making my son really interested in what he is learning!

Dear Helen,
It has been a very enriching experience for Ella at Apple Pipps. Your leadership, very intutive and caring staff has earned a quite a reputation as the go to place for a little one to experince the world outside of home in society for at least 10 square miles. So may this be a tribute to you and your team, Victoria, Jo, Michele and those whom we have forgotten to name. They deserve much credit for Ella's progress.

Helen you and Apple Pipps impressed us the very first day we visited. The first impressions we had will remain in our memory a life time. A clean, neat and a tidy place where children were found to be happy in a learning environment!

Confidence you gave us and Ella is immense.

Keep up the good work. We shall spread the word. Ella the Apple Pipp you and your team help nurture will grow up to be a very productive citizen to the world. For that Ella would be grateful for ever. So are we.

Very Sincerely
Sona

Thank you for the lovely memail again, and also for Luca's lovely birthday book, wrapped in Spiderman paper! It's that wonderful attention to detail that you all offer that helps Applepips the joy that it is (I even cheer up when I walk in!!!)

Thank you so much for the weekly updates, we really enjoy them as do the doting grandparents in New Zealand who we forward them on to!
